We’re pleased to welcome Mike Stubbs, Director of FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) to Brighton as our November Monthly talk speaker. FACT is the UK’s leading organisation for new media art, film, and video. They have been a leading international voice in digital and media art for two decades, staging groundbreaking exhibitions, education, community and research projects at their flagship venue in Liverpool. Among their recent work is FACT TV (http://www.fact.tv), a new online television channel, showcasing film, art and creative television). Mike’s talk will be an exciting opportunity for those interested in filmmaking, broadcasting, and digital art to hear about FACT’s range of work, from FACT TV to their pioneering community broadcasting project, Tenant Spin, to their forthcoming exhibition by television art legend.
